Aprofor has been involved in sustainable forest management and environmental consulting for over 25 years around the world. We promote and support sound land stewardship in Ontario’s private woodlots. Aprofor provides a cost competitive local service to identify how much land will be eligible under the MFTIP, determine landowner needs and objectives, then submit a high quality Managed Forest Plan in a timely fashion to save each landowner between 75-92% of their municipal taxes on eligible woodlands.
Aprofor president, Bob Dams, is a registered Managed Forest Plan Approver under the MFTIP Program (MFPA #315). Your woodlot could be eligable to recieve a large tax benefit. Bob will assist you in submitting the correct paper work that will both meet your land management goals and comply to the guidelines established under MFTIP.
